Hayley received a degree in Business Management from Napier University while working in the oil and gas industry for 12 years as both a Global Secretary and Project Coordinator. During this time she also went on to complete CMI Diploma in Management and Leadership at SCQF level 8, the Association of Project Management Introduction to Project Management, Prince 2 Foundation, Prince 2 Practitioner and APM Professional Level D leading to MAPM in 2014. She also successfully project managed major Research and Development projects.
With a strong programme and project management capability she easily transferred her skills to the British Water Industry gaining qualifications in Water Resource Management. With her experience in global project management and the supporting role of Executive Assistant during her time in the Water industry, Hayley took on a new challenge moving to the role of Assistant Commercial Project manager (DS Asia).
In June 2022 Hayley joined Perth Theatre and Concert Hall (then Horsecross Arts) as Executive Assistant to the CEO providing support to both the Board and Leadership Team.
Hayley is member of the Chartered Management Institute & Association of Project Managers.
