Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our booking and attendance guidelines. These have been shaped so that everyone can have the best possible experience, whilst also protecting the health, safety and wellbeing of all of our guests, artists and staff.

Booking your tickets

For best availability, please book your tickets in advance online.

In town? Pop by the Box Office at Perth Theatre, Tue – Sat, 10am - 6pm, to book in-person.

If you’re booking for more than one person, please make sure you have details for the whole group so we can make sure you’re seated together under one booking.

Your visit

If you have specific accessibility or health needs and require support during your visit, please let us know in advance so that we can assist when you're here.

Doors to our venues open 60 minutes prior to the event start time.

If you are attending in a group, arrive together so you can make the most of the pre-event buzz and enjoy some drinks and snacks.

Your tickets will be checked on arrival. If you purchased online, please make sure you have a copy of your ticket on your phone or printed off… we can’t let you in without it! Alternatively, if you purchased a physical ticket, or have chosen to collect your ticket from Box Office, please have the ticket or booking confirmation available. A member of the Ticketing Services team will be available to help with any ticketing issues.

Entry time to the auditorium will vary by show.

While you're here

We want everyone to have the most enjoyable time with us, so please relax and make the most of your visit, whilst being respectful of your fellow guests and our staff.

We keep our venues well ventilated (running our air handling systems at 10l of fresh air per person per second or more) in line with CIBSE and Scottish Government guidance for a healthy breathing environment. It can get a touch chilly, so you might want to bring a light layer. You’ll be able to purchase drinks and snacks at the bar using contactless payment, which will be open before the performance and at the interval (when applicable).

Our friendly staff are always on hand if you have any questions or problems while you’re here.

Our bars and cafés

As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental impacts, we are removing single-use plastics from our venues.

Our bars and cafés are now operating with reusable plastic cups. These are much kinder on the planet and nicer for you to look at and drink from too!

Play your part by following the simple steps below:

Pay a £1 deposit per drink for your reusable cup

Enjoy the show!

Once you’re finished, decide to either -

Donate your cup: place your cup in the identified bins and your £1 will go towards supporting our community projects and green initiatives.

Keep your cup and bring it back at your next show: we’ll replace it with a fresh one!

Return your cup to a till point: and reclaim your £1 deposit (cash only, maximum 6 cups per person).

How ditching single-use quickly adds up...

• It is estimated that at least 80 million single-use cups are used across UK venues each year;
• Reusable cups have a lower environmental impact than single-use cups when they are used more than 3 times;
• When used 75 times, reusable cups create 87% less emissions than 75 single-use cups.

• A single-use plastic cup has embedded emissions of 10g CO2e to 30g CO2e.
• 130-400 single-use cups is equivalent to a train from Perth to Edinburgh (4kg CO2e).
