Dance for Parkinson's is a relaxed, inclusive dance class specially designed for those living with Parkinson’s disease to enjoy along with their families and carers.
With a focus in keeping both body and mind active, the Lead Artists guide you through each class by using movement to explore balance, coordination, expression, posture and rhythm. The whole team are there to provide assistance, and to make sure you feel comfortable and confident to do your best. The classes feature live musical accompaniment to move to and inspire even more creativity.
After the session you can enjoy a hot drink and a sweet treat at the Social Café, where you can get to know your classmates and have a chat and a laugh together.
