Central to local cultural life for over 120 years, Perth Theatre and Concert Hall create life affirming, shared experiences in the performing arts that ignite the imagination and make living more meaningful.
Our world-class venues, award-winning programming and inclusive learning and engagement projects play an essential role in stimulating positive wellbeing within the communities we serve, benefitting the local economy and raising the profile of the area. Located within 90-minutes' travel time of 90% of Scotland’s population, we are a lynchpin in the country’s arts infrastructure, and we are recognised as a sector leader, influencer, and innovator.
Perth Theatre and Concert Hall is the trading name of Horsecross Arts Ltd, the charitable organisation that runs both venues. Approximately 50% of our income is earned income (i.e. money raised from ticket sales, conference and event and catering income) with the remainder stemming from Scottish Government, Local Authority, trusts and foundations, corporate sponsors and individuals.
2025 is a milestone year for our venues with Perth Theatre reaching its 125th anniversary and Perth Concert Hall turning 20. 125 years of entertainment in Perth is really something to celebrate!
