By purchasing a ticket by telephone, in person over the counter, via the website or via an agency, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of sale.
We sell tickets on behalf of our clients including concert/show/event organisers, artists and venues. Our clients decide the face value price of the tickets and when a ticket is sold we pay our clients the money collected from the sale of that ticket.
Booking Fee: All tickets include a booking fee where stated. It applies to all payment types and is waived for tickets priced under £8.50. The fee contributes to our ticketing system; ticket sales and fulfilment costs. Less than 50% of our income is generated through support from Scottish Government, Local Authority, Trusts and Foundations, corporate sponsors and individuals. Alongside other income streams such as ticket sales, conference & event and catering income, the booking fee helps us to stay an effective business, which in turn, allows us to reinvest in Horsecross Arts (charity no. SC022400) and the services we provide.
Delivery Fee: This fee covers the printing of the tickets and delivery cost, which is currently £2.
Tickets may be purchased online, by telephone or in person at Perth Theatre Box Office. Please check the name of the show, venue, date, time and price prior to purchase.
