Perth Theatre and Concert Hall is seeking a Director of Audience Development to join our Leadership Team as we enter an exciting new chapter.
Following a landmark year celebrating 125 years of cultural life through 125 Live! and now, the 60th anniversary of Perth Youth Theatre, we are looking ahead to the next stage of our development; seeking a driven yet collaborative leader to shape how we grow and deepen relationships with audiences, participants, supporters and communities across our work.
Bringing together audience development, marketing, communications, and fundraising, this is a significant senior role with the opportunity to make a tangible impact across one of Scotland's leading cultural organisations.
Working closely with the Director and colleagues throughout the organisation, you will help us increase audience loyalty and attendance across our diverse programme; strengthen philanthropy, membership and other income generation; build deeper relationships with communities; and ensure audience and participant insight informs our future development.
You will lead our Marketing & Communications, Development and Perthshire Box Office teams, combining strategic thinking with the ability to turn ideas into action, empower people and deliver against ambitious targets.
Salary: £50,000 per annum;
Hours: 37.5 hours per week;
